I have been blessed in my business and humbled to know that all that I have has come from the referrals, kind words, and trust from others.  It is a privilege to shoulder up with people for a time and season through a major transition in their lives.  I view this as my mission and take a personal interest in each of my clients by investing my time, energy and resources into exceeding their expectations. 

Professionally, I have been among the highest producing agents in the Fox Valley Area for the past five years, with over 50 million in sales.  For the past 4 years I have received Coldwell Banker Top Producer Award which really means  very little compared to the words I strive to hear from my clients,"Thank You, Heide, for a job well done."

I strive to provide the highest level of education and experience, and have attained advanced certifications and credentials to bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients.  I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Negotiation Specialist, Certified Staging Consultant, and a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute.  I have been featured as a local consultant to Chicago magazine regarding Real Estate in the Aurora/Naperville area. Personal

As an  twelve year resident of the Fox Valley Area I am very active in the community, the schools and my church. I have been married to my husband Mike for 17 years and have two great boys, Nathan, age 15, and Lucas, age 13.  A graduate of The Ohio State University (GO BUCKS!), I hold a bachelor's degree in Communication.  Prior to selling Real Estate, I spent many years designing custom window treatments and decorating homes in the Aurora/Naperville area. I then succesfully transferred this experience into staging homes for sale as "The Realtor with the Designer Difference."  With an inventory of designer decor, a mini van & two strong teenage boys, I have the resources to transform your  home into the buyer's first choice! I am very passionate about my work and strive to provide outstanding resources and  unsurpassed professional representation for my clients.  

Personally, I enjoy supporting and participating in local and international missions, charities and fund raisers.  My greatest joy is in serving The Lord, serving my family, and serving others.
